13-Bit Signal Conditioning Interpolator with BiSS C Interface
iC-NQC is a real-time vector-tracking sine/cosine-to-digital converter featuring an angle resolution of up to 8192.
The absolute angle and period counter data is output at a fast serial interface (BiSS C or SSI protocol) with almost no latency, or as an incremental encoder quadrature signal with index. The signal-conditioning analog front-end takes differential or single-ended signals and allows the correction of common signal errors. The signals are monitored and can trigger error and warning messages.
