Our products cannot be returned or exchanged in general if delivered to business customers (no right of revocation).
If your order arrives damaged, please mark the carrier's delivery note and contact us immediately. According to our General Conditions of Supply the risk passes to the purchaser when the delivery is shipped or picked up by the carrier, if the delivery does not include assembly or erection. On this basis, we will support you with the provision of necessary documents in order to ensure that you are able to claim any damages from the carrier.
Defects or technical problems
Please notify our support team (http://www.ichaus.de/support) upon acknowledgment of any defect or technical problem of our products in written form without undue delay. We will be pleased to assist you in finding solutions to solve problems or to remove defects. In case of a claimed defect you may return our product for inspection. We will notify you that we have received the returned product and inspect it. Subsequently we will inform you within reasonable time whether the defect claim is justified and how we will support you.
Defective parts or defective services shall be, at the supplier's discretion, repaired, replaced or provided again free of charge, provided that the reason of the defect had already existed at the time when the risk passed.
If you are entitled to rescind the contract or reduce the remuneration, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Credit Card expenses
Any claims for a refund based on defects will be examined and in case of an eligible claim a refund to your credit card will be initiated. We will cover any credit card expenses based on an eligible refund claim. Accordingly, any credit card expenses for a chargeback initiated by the purchaser unilaterally must be covered by the purchaser.
Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping costs based on an entitled return due to a defect are refundable and will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment).
