Product description

The dual channel CW laser diode driver iC-HT can control each channel independently allowing up to 750 mA at a resolution < 1%.
Optical power control (APC) uses an ext. resistor or the internal programmable logarithmic monitor resistor (100 Ω to 500 kΩ step width < 5%).
Overcurrent and overtemperature disables the channels.
Safety related functions, ADC monitoring and chip temperature available.
External DC/DC controllable to optimize power consumption.
The low standby current is < 10 µA.
