iC-HTP EVAL HTP1D is the evaluation board for evaluating, testing, and measuring of iC-HTP.
PC-software and on board USB interface enable a rapid evaluation. SPI or I2C interface can directly be connected to the eval board for own embedded software programming and testing.
The dual channel CW laser diode driver iC-HTP can control each channel independently allowing up to 750 mA at a resolutions < 1%.
Optical power control (APC) uses an ext. resistor or the internal programmable logarithmic monitor resistor (100 Ω to 500 kΩ step width < 5%).
Overcurrent and overtemperature disables the channels.
Safety related functions, ADC monitoring and chip temperature available.
External DC/DC controllable to optimize power consumption.
The low standby current is < 10 µA.
