The iC-PT H-series ICs are advanced optical phased-array encoders with on-chip interpolation.

The devices feature differential A/B and index tracks, and 3 tracks to generate block commutation signals (UVW). All chip functions are pin-selectable. An averaging LED power controller outbalances LED aging and temperature.

The line count and the optical radius are defined by the chip; UVW can be adapted to the motor by the code disc.
