1.1 From which countries can I order in the iC-Haus webshop?

Currently it is only possible to order from Germany. In order to register, you have to have a valid address in Germany. Shipments will also only be made to Germany.

Our customers in the US, Canada an Mexico can use the US webshop.

Customers from all other countries can order our parts either direct or through our worldwide distribution network. Please visit our website with the information of our worldwide sales partners.

 

1.2 Why do I see no prices for your products?

Prices will be visible for registered and logged on customers only.

 

1.3 Why do I have to enter a company name and VAT number?

This shop is only for business customers. The name of the company you work for and its VAT number are mandatory for registering for this shop.

 

1.4 I want to order as a private person, how can I do that?

You can order parts from our worldwide distribution network. Select your country at our sales partner website and order our parts at your preferred supplier.

2.1 I have problems getting started with my product.

In case you have technical questions regarding your product and need support please contact our support team, they will be glad to help you out.
