iC-LTA is an advanced optical encoder IC
featuring an array of photosensors which are evaluated by an on-chip interpolation circuit.
The device provides differential A/B and index tracks, and 3 tracks to generate block commutation signals (UVW).
The line count and the optical radius is free and determined by the code disc design applied.
Operating mode and index gating options are adjusted at two multi-level inputs. An averaging LED power controller outbalances aging and temperature effects.
iC-LTA is the recommended replacement part for iC-OW.
