48-Bit Quadrature Counter with RS422 Receiver and SPI and BiSS Interface

iC-MD counts incremental quadrature encoder signals with A, B and Z index tracks from up to three encoders.
Up to 1-3 Channel with 16-48 bit counter depth and the interfaces TTL, RS422, or LVDS can be configured.
For distance-coded reference marks additional buffer store the distance between the index pulses.
The Touch Probe input buffers the counter values at each edge.
The status monitors all counters and events and external error and warning pins.
iC-MD is accessible via the SPI or BiSS interface.
