The iC-HS02, iC-HS05, and iC-HSB are high-speed laser diode drivers. Due to internal compensation, the output pulses are highly independent of supply voltage, temperature and process variations. The output driver delivers up to 200 mA (iC-HS02), 500 mA (iC-HS05), or up to 600 mA (iC-HSB) output current. The pulse current amplitude is configured by a 10-bit D/A converter.
