CMOS Linear Image Sensors

iC-LF Series are integrating light-to-voltage converters with 256 / 128 / 64 / 32 pixels pitched at 63.5 μm.
Each active pixel consists of a 56.4 μm x 200 μm photodiode (iC-LFMB with 56.4 μm x 600 μm), an integration capacitor, and a sample-and-hold circuit.




The on-chip control logic facilitates operation with only a start and clock signal necessary. A third input (DIS) optionally controls the asynchronous, global shutter and allows flexible exposure times.
