CMOS Linear Image Sensors (400 DPI)

iC-LF Series are integrating light-to-voltage converters with 32/64/128/256 pixels pitched at 63.5 μm (center-to-center distance).
Each active pixel consists of a 56.4 μm x 200 μm photodiode (iC-LFMB with 56.4 μm x 600 μm), an integration capacitor, and a sample-and-hold circuit.

The control logic makes operation very easy, with only a start and clock signal necessary. A third input (DIS) optionally controls the asynchronous, global shutter and allows flexible exposure times.

iC-LF Series supports high pixel clock rates of up to 5 MHz.
